Text Box: Yellow Cards Goal: To promote individual visitation to any GWRRA chapter meeting, most of all have FUN! GUIDELINES Any current GWRRA member or associate member is eligible to participate. Any method of transportation may be used. Individual signature cards are available from all NC Chapter CDs or ADDs. Have the CD of the visited chapter sign and date your card (you have to be present at the meeting in order to get your card signed). It is the responsibility of the CD to be sure that the visitor is present. Cards can only be signed at regular chapter meetings, not at chapter rallies or events unless said rally/event replaces the regular monthly chapter meeting. This program includes visits to neighboring Districts outside North Carolina. You may have only one (1) signature from any one chapter, and does include a signature from your home chapter. The minimum number of signatures required to receive a certificate is 15. NC District Team is not eligible for the award money but may participate in order to receive a certificate. The individual with the most visits will be awarded $200 during the Operations meeting in January of the following year. This program begins on January 1 and ends on November 30.
